Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment by clicking the tracking link in the email, or by logging into your RABROPAR account and viewing "My Orders". If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact our support team.

2 How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping: 3-7 business days (free on orders over $99). Express shipping: 1-3 business days. International shipping: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

3 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 60 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days). Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

1 What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Parts must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Some electronic parts and special-order items are non-returnable. Please see our full Return Policy for details.

2 Do your parts come with a warranty?

Yes, all RABROPAR parts come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. OEM-quality parts carry the same warranty as original equipment. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and professional installation documentation.

1 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and PayPal Pay in 4 installments. All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted secure checkout. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

2 Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, if the order has entered our warehouse processing system, changes may not be possible. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.
